ROSITA TEA PLANTATION BUNGALOW - Rosita Division, Stonycliff Estate, Kotagala.

Rosita Tea Plantation Bungalow – Kotagala ( Dimbulla Valley ) is in the Central Province and is 4,400 feet above sea level. This luxurious colonial bungalow is located at Stonycliff Tea Estate, (which is famous for it's quality Dimbulla Tea). The bungalow is in a 2 ½ acre well maintained garden which is surrounded by the Tea Plantations.
Bungalow has (04) four spacious fully furnished bedrooms with attached toilets, hot and cold water, sitting and morning rooms with fireplaces overlooking the large garden. The bungalow is in close proximity to Dukes Nose, Siripada, Nuwara Eliya (approx. 45 mts.) and the Great Western Mountain Range (which is the 6 th highest mountain range in Sri Lanka )


THOTALAGALA TEA PLANTATION BUNGALOW -
Dambatenne Road, Haputale.

The colonial style bungalow nestles amidst lush green tea plantations owned by our parent company, the Lankem Group. The Bungalow has seven bedrooms (including three rooms with fireplaces), a sitting room and a smoking room also with fireplaces and a dining room and verandah. The bungalow has hot and cold water in all toilets as well as bathtubs. A fresh water swimming pool is sited in the garden, which is fed by a mountain spring. Another fresh water spout is also available for open-air bathing. The garden is well laid out with terraced lawns and has a variety of flowers and plants including a “Barum” Tree. Birds are in abundance due to the adjoining Pita Rathmalie jungle and lake in close proximity.

A typical Colonial-Style planters bungalow situated in the midst of rolling acres of tea in Ethkandura , Elpitiya ,Sri Lanka , Nawlakanda Holiday Bungalow which was once occupied by Mr.Ted North, combines old-fashioned charm with modern comfort.
Boasting 5 spacious bed rooms ,tastefully furnished and with modern attached bathrooms, the bungalow is geared to cater to family groups and can accommodate 16 people comfortably.

  Bundala National Park
This wetland sanctuary combines 20km of beach, lagoons and scrub which host more than 150 bird species. The lagoons prove popular with crocodiles and on the land there are elephants in herds of up to 60, civets and giant squirrels.
