This unique tea estate bungalow on Aislaby Estate and Farm is still owned by the only remaining British planting family in Sri Lanka . The family arrived in Ceylon in 1884 and the estate has been in the family since the early 1920's.

Rosita Tea Plantation Bungalow – Kotagala ( Dimbulla Valley ) is in the Central Province and is 4,400 feet above sea level. This luxurious colonial bungalow is located at Stonycliff Tea Estate, (which is famous for it's quality Dimbulla Tea). The bungalow is in a 2 ½ acre well maintained garden which is surrounded by the Tea Plantations.
Bungalow has (04) four spacious fully furnished bedrooms with attached toilets, hot and cold water, sitting and morning rooms with fireplaces overlooking the large garden. The bungalow is in close proximity to Dukes Nose, Siripada, Nuwara Eliya (approx. 45 mts.) and the Great Western Mountain Range (which is the 6 th highest mountain range in Sri Lanka )

Birds are in abundance due to the adjoining Pita Rathmalie jungle and lake in close proximity.
